Vladimir P. Gorbunov

Abstract. The article considers the urgent task of optimizing the use of the existing and promising fleet of aircraft of domestic production within the framework of the creation of a single Far Eastern airline. The data on the assessment of the required number of aircraft of domestic production through a single consolidated order from all airlines of the Far Eastern region analyzed. It is shown that mathematical modeling and optimization methods play a significant role in the optimal design of the number and nomenclature of aircraft in the region, which are successfully used to select the best parameters and characteristics of aircraft or its subsystems at various stages of design, dividing the task into two interrelated models: parametric and operational. A systematic scientific and methodological approach to the external design of aircraft proposed, so it is possible to generate many design options for aircraft, limiting only those parameters that significantly affect the efficiency of the airline’s operation. The result of the study is the fulfillment of the task of optimizing the aircraft model range for subsequent operation in the conditions of the Far North, the Arctic, Siberia and the Far East. The analytical materials obtained allow us to compare the expansion plan of the route air transport network and the calendar plan for the production of aviation equipment for the united Far Eastern airline based on the produced relationship chart between airlines and aircraft manufacturers.

Abstract. The use of new modern structural materials that would improve the physical and mechanical properties of products, assemblies and components of machine and transport engineering would reduce the mass fraction of metals in their design, which is a very urgent task. The purpose of this study was to develop an algorithmic solution for the automated control of the technology for manufacturing products from photopolymers based on the found scientifically based set of controlled parameters obtained in the process of studying the physical and mechanical characteristics and chemical properties of composites.

The experimental and industrial tests of the physical and mechanical properties of resin ROEHM R-50 made it possible to investigate the operation of the photopolymerization control system algorithm in practice.

Abstract. The article discusses one of the methods of optimizing the transportation planning – a transport linear programming problem. The main methods for finding the reference plan for loaded riders and the optimal plan for solving it are listed. A formal mathematical model and a system of transport problem constraints are presented. A conceptual mathematical model is built on the basis of a formal mathematical model. An example of solving this problem is given: the reference plan of loaded riders was created with the use of the “north-west corner” method, the optimal plan for the return of empty vehicles with the use of the distribution method. Comparison of the results of application of methods for solving the transport problem of linear programming was carried out: comparison of the reference plans obtained with the use of the least-cost and north-west corner methods, comparison of the optimal plans for the return of empty cars obtained with the use of potential and distribution methods. Comparison criteria selected were the number of iterations, labor intensity, the result. Based on this, it was established that the obtained optimal plan for the return of empty cars is the same; according to other comparison criteria, there are a number of differences.

Danilenko N. V.

The article explores the contradictions, problems and methods of maintenance of modern civil aviation aircraft. After increasing the air flow through the engines, a qualitative transition of vortex formation before the air intakes to vortices of blurred intensity was established. New directions for aircraft ground operation when gas turbine engines are running on the ground are suggested. Within the framework of the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization, Aviation Rules and Airworthiness Standards, the contradictions of aircraft ground operation and their engines are investigated and new additions to the Manual on technical operation and repair of aviation equipment in Russian civil aviation are outlined.

Keywords: vortex formation, the role of the underlying surface, gas turbine power plants, Coriolis force, air intake, technical operation, erosive wear.

Shatrakov N. A.

State of the air transportation industry in Russia and abroad is considered in the article, market trends are identified. Most of the aircraft used in Russia are manufactured abroad. Over the past decades the number of airfields has decreased significantly and the volume of traffic and the number of flights has decreased tenfold. It is proposed to develop regional aviation and modify aviation infrastructure to improve the competitiveness of air transport companies. The cost of tickets can be significantly reduced by laying direct flights between the regions while now flights between many regions can be carried out only through Moscow despite the fact that the passenger traffic is enough for a separate flight.
