The review should include the following issues:

• article title should respond the content of the article;
• relevance and novelty of  materials presented in the article;
• theoretical and/or applied significance of materials given in the article;
• reliability and validity of article conclusions;
• contribution of the author to the solution of the stated problem;
• availability of materials presented in the article;
• positive aspects that facilitate the publication of the article;
• negative aspects that hinder the publication of the article;
• recommendations for the article amendment, which should be made by the author;
• reviewer recommendation (publish, no significant alterations; publish, but make changes to the article; reject, no right for a rewrite).
