On the basis ofΒ archival material, journalistic andΒ scientificsources, the author analyzes theΒ formation ofΒ women’s councilsΒ in the region. TheΒ article studies theΒ conditions andΒ characteristics ofΒ the formation ofΒ theseΒ organizations, traces theΒ directions of their activity and participation in the social and political life of the territory.
