Royalty as an adjustment mechanism for emission payments

The article presents the information about emission trading mechanisms and examines the measures adopted by the European Union to receive money for flights over its territory and to reduce aircraft engine exhaust emissions. The article presents activities undertaken by Russia to receive royalty and actions of the European Union to cancel the payments for flights over the Trans-Siberian railway in the future.

Unified assessment of sanytary-hygienic indicators of educational institutions and students’ health

The article considers the research made with usage of a unified approach to the assessment of sanitary-hygienic conditions of educational institutions and students’ health.  The essence of the approach consists in getting a unified dimension, so called «single standard unit», that enables integration of all the above indicators.
