Abstract. In the article, the author examines the Russian federal regulatory framework regulating the state policy of youth movements, mechanisms for organizing and implementing educational work with young people in educational institutions of higher education, as well as legislative support for the implementation of intellectual education in higher education. The author’s view of the Russian legislation in the field of youth policy and higher education is presented, taking into account the possibilities of the digital educational environment and the need for pedagogical support of talented youth. The article analyzes the legal regulation in the higher education system of such a phenomenon as talented youth. Attention is focused on the need to implement procedures for the formation and development of intellectual education of pedagogical Institute students’ personality. The prerequisites for the integration of the process of intellectual education of students of higher educational institutions into the digital educational environment are formulated. The paper is devoted to the content analysis of the challenges associated with the state order for the education of a fundamentally new generation and the introduction of large-scale digitalization in the Russian education system. The prerequisites for the potential of the digital educational environment in relation to new educational conditions are outlined. The paper concludes that modern processes of personality education require some adjustments of the teacher’s competencies and the formation of intellectual education of students of higher education.

Abstract. The use of new modern structural materials that would improve the physical and mechanical properties of products, assemblies and components of machine and transport engineering would reduce the mass fraction of metals in their design, which is a very urgent task. The purpose of this study was to develop an algorithmic solution for the automated control of the technology for manufacturing products from photopolymers based on the found scientifically based set of controlled parameters obtained in the process of studying the physical and mechanical characteristics and chemical properties of composites.

The experimental and industrial tests of the physical and mechanical properties of resin ROEHM R-50 made it possible to investigate the operation of the photopolymerization control system algorithm in practice.

English mass media text on healthy nutrition and its main features (based on the culinary recipes)

DOIΒ 10.51955/2312-1327_2023_3_116

Fairuz B. Akbaeva

Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of the English mass media text on healthy nutrition and ways to implement its key parameters. Based on the texts of culinary recipes, widely presented in British and American magazines, as well as electronic media, the specificity of their language design is shown. The research material is culinary recipes published in the BBC good food, Cooking light, Olive magazines and posted on the websites of these publishers. The author considers a culinary recipe as a full-fledged text, one of the forms of realization of the mass media discourse of healthy lifestyles in general and the mass media nutritional discourse, in particular, and highlights its key text-forming features, which include: information content, coherence, semantic integrity, completeness, articulation. Taking into account the results of the sample analysis we point out that the English culinary recipes are characterized by: the use of emotional and evaluative vocabulary, the prevalence of nouns, adjectives, verbs, as well as the use of simple sentences, including interrogative and incentive constructions. The parameters of the culinary recipe identified in the course of the study are determined and subordinated to its pragmatics – to attract the attention of the audience and promote self-preparation of a particular dish.

Key words: healthy lifestyle discourse, culinary recipe, mass media discourse, nutritional discourse, structural features, text on healthy eating, text-forming features, language features.

Language and speech redundancy in the conditions of intercultural communication

DOIΒ 10.51955/2312-1327_2023_3_102

Andrey A. Gurenkov

Abstract. The article analyses different manifestations of linguistic redundancy in the context of intercultural communication, the participants of which are native speakers of English and non-native speakers of English. The views of Russian and foreign authors on the classification of language redundancy at the levels of language and speech, as well as analyzing examples of redundancy in spoken and written texts are presented. The result is a detailed classification of language redundancy in intercultural communication both at the level of language structure – grammatical and semantic – and in speech, where redundancy is manifested at the phonetic, orthographic, lexical and syntactic levels. In particular, it can be seen in changes in intonation in speech, pronunciation and spelling errors, lexical repetition and discourse words, the use of words from the native language or other languages, as well as in repetition of the whole sentences with a similar meaning when using similar vocabulary. Moreover, the appearance of redundancy in speech in the framework of intercultural communication is not only a natural process, but it can also serve as a tool to achieve communication goals, as it facilitates the process of speaking and listening.

Abstract. The article proposes a method for increasing the capacity of an aerodrome and reducing the average delay of arriving / departing aircraft by optimizing the queue of them, taking into account the specified minimum allowable time intervals between aircraft, depending on their weight categories of movement stages (take-off landing). An analysis of the effectiveness of this method was carried out, for the evaluation of which a stream of events (departures and arrivals) with a Poisson distribution was used. The dependences of the average delays of departures and arrivals on the flow intensity of departures and arrivals are estimated as well as the potential for increasing the aerodrome capacity by this method. The effectiveness of the departure control system was compared in terms of absolute priority for arriving aircraft and in terms of the equal priority for arriving and departing aircraft. It is shown that an integrated arrival/departure manager with the equal priority for departing and arriving aircraft is more efficient than with absolute priority for arriving aircraft.

Key words: AMAN, DMAN, air traffic control, departures, arrivals, ATC AS, capacity.

Comparative analysis of methods for developing aviation adaptive systems and the generalized MFTA/GDTA/CTA/CWA METHOD

DOI 10.51955/2312-1327_2023_3_45

Abstract. The results of implementing automated technologies in various areas of the air transportation system demonstrate a positive impact of automation on the level of safety and efficiency of flights. However, this leads to a situation where the capabilities of modern technology significantly exceed the limited capabilities of a human operator: this fact indicates the necessity of applying a special approach directed at ensuring favorable interaction with humans in creating automated aviation systems. The paper is devoted to the methodology issues in the field of creating aviation adaptive systems (AS) and provides a comparative analysis of the most popular analytical methods for AS development. Additionally, a generalized method for conducting the MFTA/GDTA/CTA/CWA analysis is proposed, which is developed based on the methods of dismemberment, morphological analysis, and combination. The proposed generalized method involves the following stages: 1) analysis of goals and tasks; 2) analysis of subtasks and requirements for ensuring situational awareness; 3) cognitive analysis. As a result of these stages, the list of the main tasks of the system, a complete structural scheme of the developed AS and a cognitive analysis scheme, which contributes to determining the most probable errors of the operator for each critical stage of system functioning, are created. The advantages of the proposed generalized method lie in the fact that its implementation focuses on ensuring the operator’s situational awareness, and allows for the evaluation of risks caused by the external environment of the system functioning in order to determine the optimal level of adaptation and the way to support the crew members of the aircraft by the automation at each stage of their interaction.

Abstract. The article reveals the understanding of the concept of paradigm in the context of the consideration of language education, describes the main paradigms of modern education (including language education): knowledge, competence, humanistic. Within each paradigm, the main changes in the content of language education are presented, taking into account the essence of a particular paradigm. The process of paradigm shift and the reasons for such changes are described. The polyparadigmatism of modern pedagogical science is proved. The factors influencing the necessity of coexistence of different paradigms of modern language education are revealed.
