Abstract. The article presents a study of the influence of the psychological climate on the effectiveness of the pedagogical process in an educational organization conducted among the employees of the pre-school educational institution by the employees of Bratsk State University. A scientifically based and experimentally tested program of the methodological service of the preschool educational institution named as “Together far and for a long time” was used during the process of the study. The results of the study will be useful to senior educators and methodologies of pre-school educational institutions working with young teachers and pedagogical teams for increasing the psychological climate in the educational organization, and as a result in increasing the effectiveness of the pedagogical process in an educational institution as a whole.

The article analyzes the results of the study of leading (dominant) modality of perception of six-year-old children with mental retardation compared to the peers with severe speech disorders and normal mental ontogenesis; the data will be useful to special psychologists, defectologists, educators and other professionals working in groups of compensating and combined orientation.

The article analyzes the research results of nerve-psychological development of the third –year-old test children with central nervous system damage who are raised in the child’s home. The author gives the directions of psychological and educational work, contributing to the correction of retardation in nerve-psychiatric development of these children. The data will be useful for psychologists, defectologists, educators and other professionals working with this age cohort.

The article discusses the results of the study of the  connection between the features of polymodal perception of second-formers with the development  of digraphia errors in writing. The article also characterizes in detail the specificity of the tendency of the connection between the features of polymodal perception with the dysgraphia errors in the primary school age; these data will help to develop effective programs of speech correction.
